Costs & Aid

When it comes to paying for your education, our Military & Veteran Services team is here to help you maximize your educational benefits. The Indiana Tech Military Scholarship applies only to online programs and is available to active, Guard, and Reserve military members, veterans, their spouses and Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and Department of Veterans Affairs employees who enroll online. The military scholarship will not be available if tuition is covered 100% by the military or veteran benefit.

In addition, the Yellow Ribbon Program is run through the VA Chapter 33 Post-9/11 GI Bill®. VA requirements must be met, but Indiana Tech provides up to $5,000 per academic year to each Yellow Ribbon eligible student. GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government Web site at http://www.benefits.va.gov/gibill.

And finally, we evaluate your military training and previous education experience to make sure you receive maximum transfer credit—up to 90 credits toward a bachelor’s degree, 45 toward an associate degree. By providing you with credit for prior learning or professional experiences, our goal is to save you both time and money—and to get you to program completion that much faster.
